Established in 1983, our Colorado Springs campus, the second of ourAmericas locations, sits on 66 acres at the foot of Pikes Peak. It combines a stimulating setting for reflection and development with an experienced staff dedicated to providing leaders with the most effective means of implementing practical individual and organizational change.

Our facility is situated near the Colorado Springs Airport (COS), only about 11 miles away or a 20-minute drive.
For program participants staying at the specified program hotel, daily transportation to and from our campus is provided. For participants, clients, and guests who wish to commute each day on their own, you may park in any parking space in our large parking lot. Reserved parking spaces for visitors are marked and availablein our upper-level parking lot.
